Officers and Chairs

The officers and chairs of the Elks Lodge play crucial roles in maintaining the lodge’s operations and upholding its mission. Led by the Exalted Ruler, who serves as the President and Executive Officer, they ensure adherence to the lodge’s laws and by-laws. The Leading, Loyal, and Lecturing Knight assisted and succeeded the Exalted Ruler, forming the Chair Officers. Together with the five Trustees, they comprise the House Committee, which oversees the lodge’s social quarters and finances. Other key officers include the Secretary, who manages records and communications, and the Treasurer, who handles financial transactions. Appointed officers such as the Tiler, Esquire, Chaplain, and Inner Guard perform specific duties to ensure the smooth running of meetings and lodge activities. Each officer’s role is essential in supporting the lodge’s community-focused initiatives.
